The Litigation Law Group has the skills and
knowledge to prepare all types of temporary visa petitions and
applications for permanent residence ("green cards"). Our approach to

with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS, formerly INS),
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Department of Labor,
