The Litigation Law Group approach to estate planning is
to combine estate planning and probate or trust administrative
experience with the way businesses and families interact during a
person’s lifetime, as well as after a person’s death. The Litigation Law Group
combines expertise in business and estate planning and the overall
skills of the Firm in corporate, litigation and real estate to provide
a broad base of support to the Firm’s estate planning practice.

The Litigation Law Group’s estate planning
practice provides advice and representation to individuals and

administration, probate, conservatorship and guardianship issues,

implementation such as living trusts, life insurance trusts and
